The Truth Hurts

Straight hair is still ok, but I've seen lots of curled styles lately. Lacking the patience for curlers, I went out and bought a curling iron. Using it reminded me of all the time I spent curling my hair in junior high and high school. I did not poof my bangs; they are side-swept. That's really the main difference from the 80s and 90s. After primping and hairspraying, it was time to take Paul to school.

As I buckled TJ, he asked, "What's wrong with your hair?"

Paul looked at me and said, "Yeah, your hair is all shaggy."

"It doesn't look good?"

"No, it's shaggy," TJ agreed with Paul.

"How about yesterday? Did it look ok then?"

"Yeah," shrugged Paul.

When I returned home, I pulled it back into a very non-80s low side pony tail; we wore high side pony tails in the 80s. Oh well, it was a rainy day. I'll try it again soon.
