Sleep Overs

TJ went on his first sleep over with friends.  Aren't they adorable?

Meanwhile, Paul invited his buddy Alec to spend the night.  Poor Alec didn't get much sleep because Paul breathes loudly in his sleep!  Never the less, they were up and swimming at 8:00 am.

 TJ was a *little* grouchy the following day due to lack of sleep.  Finally, he couldn't stay awake any longer.

Second Grade Zoo

The second grade did not go to the zoo, they were the zoo.  Each student wrote a report and made a costume.  They stood in the gym or cafeteria waiting for parents and students from other grades to come by and "push the button" on their exhibit, then the "animal" would read his report.  Paul the Koala was very serious.  Also, a koala is not a bear.

I am a Consumer

I photograph schoolwork so I can save it forever without actually saving all the paper.  We get mountains of paper.  Here is one of the pages from a book about "consumers" Paul made for class.

I can't keep every piece of paper, but I love to read Paul's writing, so this is my plan to keep it forever. 

Hi my name is Paul, I am 8 years old.  The people in my family are Mom, Dad, and TJ.  They let me do fun things with them.  We like to go to the movies together.
I was born in Fort Worth Texas on September 15th 2004.  Since I am 8 years old I'm in 2nd grade.  My 2nd grade year has been great.  I never really get in trouble.
Like I said the people in my family are Mom, Dad and TJ. (And of corse me)

We like to go out to eat and we like to go to the movies.  We see lots of funny movies and go to fast food restrants.  But my very favorit thing to do is to go to Abalene with them and see the rest of my family.

Weekend News
It was Mother's day! I went swimming. We had to eat soup.  We also had 3 salads (salad and salad and salad) I went swimming 3 times.  The 1st time I just went swimming, the 2nd time Dad threw me in, and the 3rd was just like the 1st. Mom got lots of chocolate that almost gone because of me.  well…that's all of my…WEEKEND NEWS!

My mommy has brown hair and brown eyes.  She is 34 years old.  She is very nice, I like to play board games with my mommy.  My mommy likes to watch grown up shows on tv.  My mommy's favorite food is spaghetti.  My mommy's favorite thing to do is be at home.  My mommy says to me most often "come here.  I have something for you to do."  If I could give my mommy anything for Mother's Day I would give her a craft.  I love my mommy because she loves me.  I love you Mommy.  TJ
